Is there a way to get this bootcamp 6 update for Windows 10 as a standalone install. When I restart the download, it start from beginning of the download-the download is over 1GB size!īefore this, I was on Windows 8.1, and I could just go to the Apple bootcamp website (download page) and download a standalone zip file for the mac hardware I have. You may have receievd a notification already in Windows 10 if you have Windows 10 installed through bootcamp (through Apple Software Update facility) the problem I am having, is that when I try to download this update (alongisde the other iTunes and QuickTime updates), it keeps giving me an error, like as if there is download "fatigue"-not sure if this is a bandwidth issue or just a problematic download from the server side.
